Hi there. New to Van Leigh and 5th Wheels in general. Have a 2023 Vilano and have an issue with the room temperature sensors being incorrect. The front room AC runs continuously with a temperature setting of 76 and gets freaking COLD!!. The the back bedroom/office indicates 63 with a setting of 76. So I am thinking the wires are switched in the panel. Looking for any help I can get. I did send an inquiry to Snyder Controls and am waiting a reply.
There was a common issue for several months of the 22 models with the thermistors that read the temperature being swapped at the control board. Those models have a G6 Spyder and a stand alone RSI-9 board where the thermistors connect. You having a 23 however have a bit different setup as you likely have a G12 Spyder. You would know which Spyder Control you have as the G6 has a accessible front panel with resettable fuses usually place in a lower cabinet and the G12s are in pairs and usually placed behind an access panel.
You can look at this link and this is where the thermistors is discussed for those of us with G6 and a RSi-9.

This below link has the pinouts for both the G6 and the G12 units. You can see on the last image in that post that the G12 units have the thermistor connecting at J12. Here is a screenshot of that with addition to the link.
The good thing is if it is reversed thermistors (which is sounds like from your description) it is a pretty easy fix in swapping the zones on the control board. Some cut the wires and re-splice and other use a de-pinning tool.
Spyder has really excellent customer service so I am sure you will hear back from them. I usually call them and have been very responsive and helpful. 1-866-919-9092
Okay, so maybe in the COVID days they were using whatever they could. Here is a picture of what I think is the RSI-9 board and it says 2021 Van Leigh. Found this tucked in behind the breaker panel. Tough to see in the low light, but there doesn’t seem to be any identifiers as to which wire comes from which thermistor.
I would give Tiffin a call to verify for your unit or Spyder will likely be able to tell you for sure which thermistor goes to which pin. I have some uncertainty with your unit being a 23. This is the layout on the RSI-9 board for 22 and prior.
You can see the legend defining which thermistor goes to each pin.
