This is the panel inside the front pass through storage compartment. Luckily the outside touchpad still allows for operation of the leveling system. I know you mentioned the fuses had been checked, but did that also include the 80-amp breaker in the front compartment (generator area)? Those are resettable breakers in case it had tripped. You mentioned the touchscreen panel was black, is the mini control panel on the front outside non-responsive as well.

Hydraulic breaker for slides and leveling

A good start would be to contact Lippert customer service as they’re usually very helpful and can walk you through some troubleshooting steps to determine the cause and also send out replacement parts. I ended up having to replace the touch screen panel for the leveling system (the mini panel still was good) but it was pretty expensive at $500.
