Hello. We have a 2018 Beacon 39GBB and the jacks quit going down and also the touchscreen on the pass through compartment went black. We checked the brain in the front generator compartment and it looks to have burned up. All dealers are booked up through Septemeber and I am wanting to ask if this is something we can replace ourselves? My husband is a mechanic and can more than likely fix it but not sure where the best place to look for replacement parts? He has checked all fuses etc. Any help is greatly appreciated! This is the first camper we have had to have these issues. Thanks in advcance again! He has to leave on sunday going back out to work and would like to fix it before he leaves.
Hi Cauger - I recently had to replace the the LCI control panel (the one in the from storage bay) as it had stopped working.

I know you mentioned the fuses had been checked, but did that also include the 80-amp breaker in the front compartment (generator area)? Those are resettable breakers in case it had tripped. You mentioned the touchscreen panel was black, is the mini control panel on the front outside non-responsive as well.
Hydraulic breaker for slides and leveling
A good start would be to contact Lippert customer service as they’re usually very helpful and can walk you through some troubleshooting steps to determine the cause and also send out replacement parts. I ended up having to replace the touch screen panel for the leveling system (the mini panel still was good) but it was pretty expensive at $500.
