We have at Pinecrest 2020 305 RLP and are having issues with the water pump.
We can hear the pump but it seems to not be priming. We have tried all the combinations within the water control system. The owners manual says it will self prime but it is unfortunately not doing that. Is there away to manually prime the pump?
How much water is in the tank?

I am also having problems with my freshwater tank being full but water not getting to the pump. I have also checked my filter by the pump and that is clear. I can draw water into the system using the winterize option but when I select normal flow on the right valve and left valve the pump just runs.
Thank you for this post as my 2018 does not have the diagram sticker showing the different valve combinations. the city water and tank fill in the horizontal positions on the left valve are not intuitive.

After you fill the tank from the city water line, you have to turn that valve back to the other position. The pump won’t pump if you have the valve set to tank fill. That valve should only have two positions. I have a 2022 model the valves are different. But i believe you have to do the same. To upload a picture you have to use a little emblem that looks like a arrow pointing up. State what model you have also. I see 2018. Do you have either of these set ups?

Thanks so much for your reply. I have been running the left and right valves in the normal positions. The right valve can go between normal and fill and the left valve between normal and winterize. It appears as though there are two blue pics tubes that go to the freshwater tank although I’m not positive. The check valve that gets activated during the fill seems to be working as expected but I did buy a replacement just in case. To the best of mine knowledge water is drawn through the left valve and when I switch to winterize it draws water just fine out of a short 3-foot hose in a 5 gallon bucket. I cannot get it to draw anything from the fresh water tank.
