Sticky slide seals?

So I’ve had the fifth wheel in storage and as soon as I brought it out I applied the 3 in 1 slide foam conditioner. Couple of weeks in the outer rubber on the slide has become sticky. I’ve washed them while fifth wheel with 303 and reapplied the 3-1 rubber protect.

I also read somewhere about using talc powder, any thoughts on how to remove the stickiness

Hey TourUSA,

I’ve used silicone spray for years on all my RVs and it works fine keeps the rubber pliable and helps me clean it.
