Hello Scott
This is a group focused on Vanleigh 5th wheels so it is unlikely we can help you with your issue since it may be completely different.

With that said what type of electronic valves do you have? Vanleigh uses Valterra electric valves and often times the pin comes out of the actuator. When this occurs hitting the button I can hear the actuator moving but it does not open the valve. On my unit I have to remove the wall in the basement to access the valve. I ziptied both of my valves to the actuator arm so they do not come disconnected again.

I will put a picture of the valve handle being held in by the pin. The small piece of plastic of the clip often breaks allowing the pin to fall out and the actuator arm operators without moving the handle.

Not sure about that brand of RV as this site is centered around Vanleigh branded fifth wheels.

They use electric gate valves as well, and on Vanleigh units the override is typically located behind the wall in the front storage compartment where there are cut outs to access the gate valve to manually operate them.
