Lippert Outside Mini Touchpad

The outside leveling mini touchpad on my 2020 Vilano has stopped working, it will not turn on.

We usually just touch the up and down arrows together to get it powered up but no go. Can anyone advise me where I can find the model number for the touchpad. It’s labeled Lippert Leveling System but going to Lippert they only show a model 421484 as a replace for many of their touchpads, (so says Lippert). We can control all leveling at the main station in the basement but that’s almost a backbreaker to get to.

Hey Subsonar - This topic might have some useful info, if it’s just a blown fuse for the front panel. See Ryan’s post as he describes the fuse and location.

Level up One Control touch panel issue

There is a fuse that controls that external panel. The internal panel will still function normally. Might want to check that. When I picked up my unit from the dealership that fuse was blown and the dealership had been leveling using the internal panel in the basement. I will place the diagram to the panel in the gen bay where the fuse is located. It is the 20AMP fuse labeled “Jack Level”. [image]

Thanks to Stuart and Ryan, I did find a blown 20 amp fuse but the touchpad still will not power up. I am going to order a new one on amazon and change it out. Again thanks,

Hey Jim,

Had the same issue spent 8 hours over two days with Lippert customer service and they couldnt figure out the probvlem they sent the whole sysem in parts. Anyway it ended up justy being the external touch pad needed to be replaced. Which once all the parts showed up I put the new pad in and it was good to go. Been working fine for two years ever since and I have lots of spare partts I hope I never need.
