I have a 2018 Vilano 365RL. I went to auto level it and the front jacks fully retracted. It then threw an unbalanced error. After letting the control panel reset the blinking red light, I lowered the fronts back down from the front controller. Tried to auto level again and it was a repeat. What’s happening?
I had this issue and was corrected by replacing the front sensor. Anytime I would go to auto level it would go into a “kneel” position with the front jacks completely retracted and error on the panel in the basement. There are two sensors on the units (mine is a 21 but I would assume a 2018 is the same); one in the gen bay attached to the frame and the other at the rear of the unit behind the axles. The front sensor controls the front jacks and the rear sensor controlling the rear jacks and mainly responsible for the side to side leveling.
You could do a reset of the controller in the basement using a paperclip or pulling the fuse and attempt auto level again to see if there is any change. On my unit I would unplug the front controller and plug back in and would also manually level and set the zero point - sometimes one of those steps would correct the issue temporarily but the issue would return.
Although our situations sound the same you could be experiencing something different. I ended up manually leveling using the panel inside the basement until I was able to get the sensor replaced which resolved my issue. Lippert actually has really good support in walking you through diagnosing the issue and you may want to give them a call to open a case with them.
A picture of my unit where it would error out after hitting Auto Level.
Thank you very much for this info
They are really helpful on the phone. Its a Lippert/Furion help line so there are lots of things they can help with.
