I noticed water dripping under rv, I pulled under belly diown and looked on top of gray tank, and I can see on top of grey tank there is an opening on top of tank just a white pipe with no cap that when gray tank fills up it comes out of this opening what should I put there

That looks like black water to me. If its your black water tank. There should be a pipe from the toilet and a vent pipe. I have read posts from other people that mentioned the factory forgot to plug unused holes. You may want to mention which year and model you have and someone with that model can confirm.
No it’s the gray tank , 100% gray water tank,

Are you sure there is a vent on that tank? It looks like they prepped the tank for another drain or vent and didnt make the connection. Assuming there is a vent connection on the tank I wouldnt disrupt that connection to the tank - I would cap that off. There was a period of time in 22 where tanks were not getting capped off the production line - several owners posted about it. That picture is a testament to what folks say about the gray tank - nastier than the black.

I have a 2019 Vilano. Overflow is as you’ve described. I have cut out a small section of underbelly material (is there a better name for that?), and I determined that gray water overflow was indeed the culprit, but my cutout wasn’t close enough to the tank to see what you’re seeing. If emergency overflow was the plan by design, seems like a good idea, but should have been piped below underbelly material rather than simply spilling out on top of it.
No it shouldn’t overflow. It should hold water and eventually back up in the shower and sinks.
