Hello Everyone,
The Clearance light on the front cap of our 34RLB has gone out. Im assuming its an LED but not sure. My question is has anyone replaced or removed on of these lights. I’ve looked at it up close and I dont want to brak it tryig to remove for repair or replace. Havent reached out to Tiffin yet. Just looking to see if anyone has experience with tese lights. Yea I know they aren’t very big but I’m annal about things not working.

Hi RCary48 - I have had to replace one light that went out a couple of years ago on our 2020 39FBB. Your’s correct in that they are pretty small. They’re held in place by a rubber gasket that pops into the hole and the gasket hold the actual light in place.
I think they might be LED, but not 100% sure. I got a handful of them from a Vanleigh tech at one of the rallies but can’t seem to find them to confirm. One word of caution, when you remove the light, be sure not to cut both wires like I did since they then disappeared into the front cap and I wasn’t able to retrieve them. When I was down in Tishomingo, the techs there were able to get those wires and connect them back to the replacement light.
The replacements I was given had bullet connectors that I cut off to splice into the rig wiring. I’d think Tiffin could probably supply you with a couple or at least provide info on the model and type. If I can locate the ones I have I’ll post a pic for you.

Since it’d had been a few years, I forgot I got the replacement marker lights from RecPro, not Vanleigh. I ordered a 5 pack for $15 and they were a match. Looks like the price went up since 2021, but they are still available.
