So guys I’m packing up to leave tomorrow morning and we are thinking that while traveling when stopping for lunch we would need to only open the dinette and not the sofa slide. So I went to the 2 valves in the LP panel and just trying to figure out if we could turn or push or pull the valve but very tight. We do currently have both slides out and I’m thinking that they would need to be in before being able to use the valves??? Is that correct or how does it work?
Thanks
Ralph
You can change the valve with the slides in or out and closing the valve (right to tight) will disable operation of that slide in whichever state it is in.
As example, we often hit a confined area and will only want to extend the galley slide and at that time will close the dinette valve (right to tight) to keep it from operating but extend the galley. We have also had it where we had both open and would close the galley slide but leave out the dinette by closing the dinette valve (right to tight).
Hope that makes sense. Safe travels!
Thanks for the reply, I will definitely have to put more effort into turning the knobs. We will give it test run tomorrow.
Thanks
Ralph
