Bedroom Aft Spyder Control Panel

We haven’t been able to get the light controller beside our bed to work. Every other light panel works fine. We have 7 individual panels and 8 options on the main Spyder panel. There is a Spyder panel option for “bedroom aft” and one for “bedroom forward”, though there is not a panel on the aft wall. The main bedroom controller works fine.

We’ve changed the batteries, unplugged the electrical cord, and re-paired all the individual units. The lights on the back of the bedside unit come on when the buttons are pushed, so I know the battery is working, but it won’t turn the reading lights on.

What else can we do to diagnose and fix this problem?

Are there any other buttons on that remote that work or is it just a remote for reading lights? You have done all of the troubleshooting that I would do to resolve the issue with the swap of the batteries and re-pair of the remote. Unless we are missing a step here I would give Spyder a call. They are excellent in customer service and knowledge and help resolve these types of issues easily.
