I know it is short notice but is anybody here interested in attending the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta? We have reservations in the South Lot from 10/3 thru 10/9 and unfortunately we cannot make it. We paid $370 and would transfer them for $300. The reservation can also be extended with the Balloon Fiesta for additional cost to include 9/29 - 10/13.
This is dry camping in the South Lot only - entry tickets are not included.
We were hoping to have things turned around and had a goal to be out this fall but unfortunately that is not in the plans for us. Looks like we will be grounded in our home state for several more months as we get on the other side of medical issues. Hoping somebody can make use of the space!
We went to the Balloon Fiesta in 2022 but didnt make a balloon ride - was an amazing experience. Last time I talked to the folks at the festival they still had over 4000 people on the waiting list so hopefully I find somebody that can make use of the spot.
Thanks Eric much appreciated. I took a break from socials while we were at Mayo and good to be back. We have a couple more trips there this year and hoping to be on the other side of this bump for 2026. Appreciate the prayers.
We know the struggle all too well. Have not traveled much this year. Hoping to get released in October. I am on the back side of CAR-T therapy with Moffitt in Tampa. Went through Stem Cell Transplant in March 2020. Please just keep fighting!
