Yes, you had frame failure-weld failure, etc. After having this same failure on our 2018 320 GK Vilano less than 10 days ago. The best repair facility out there is Busted Knuckles out in Vegas, NV. They just don’t fix one side, they fix both … this repair usually costs 18k - 25K. Sorry about your loss… James B… Duluth
Did you experience issues on the curb side of your 320 where vertical supports broke? Most common on Vanleigh units where vertical supports or steel frame issues occur are relative to a slide location. On units pre 21 there were issues with separation on the curb side (no slide on 320) but that is related to the lack of material in the channels. Vanleigh changed the production procedure in December of 2020 and began to stuff those channels correcting that issue.
The three shops that I am highly familiar with doing the repair; Tishomingo RV, Affinity RV and Tiffin Service Center are correcting both sides when a flex issue occurs by assuring both sides have stuffed channels. Tiffin has historically been good on correcting the issue on units way outside of the warranty period - I know of some 2018s that have been addressed for non stuffed channels there at no charge.
Good to see a location in the western US for correcting the issue however the price is on the high side. On my last check with Tishomingo they were charging mid $6k and Affinity was around $8k. I do not have numbers for the Tiffin Service Center as I stated often they are not charging. With that said the price difference might make up for the drive for those of us from the west coast rather than making the trek to Alabama / Elkhart.
