Curious if anyone knows if the holding tanks are ABS or HDPE. It looks like I have a small leak at the outlet on the black tank and am thinking about trying to patch it. I believe the patching method would depend on the tank material.

They are made of HDPE. The shop that manufactured the tanks for Vanleigh and still do for Tiffin is located in Redbay right next to the Bob Tiffin Service Center.

Going to try using this epoxy product called G/Flex to try and seal the pinhole leak I found installing the SeeLevel sensors. Found this video

that shows how they used it to fix a black tank leak. Hoping this will do the trick.

I enjoy Ray’s content over there at Love Your RV. Good thing that it likes like a very minor leak. Let us know how it works out.
That G/Flex epoxy seems to be doing the job. I’m keeping a spare tube on hand for any future needs.
